I have to sell my flat at Kharadar, near M Siddique Sweets (Siddique Halwai) on urgent basis.

Note: Only Memon families are allowed to stay there. Investors are welcome either Memon or not who want to earn rental income only but not to live. Right now rented out to one of my friend @ 18000 but Market value is 22000 to 25000 per month.

2 Bed Drawing lounge Flat, all room West open street side and one room corner which is open for long distance due to wide roads and small buildings in front of the balcony, 3 bathroom plus an attached bathroom, one common washroom.

5th and top floor, marble work is done on the roof to cover leakage and heat issue. Water mostly 24 hours pure to slightly mix which is nearly sweet water. 2 water tank installed. One extra line is taken with 1 partner from the main tank at roof in which water stays till the last in case of slight shortage in summer.

New gas line has been installed in the building recently since then high pressure gas is available. It is a load shading free area but these days load shading is everywhere.
